What are symptoms on a Q7 4.2 with timing chain issues from experience, am scared it may be the chain? There were not a lot of 2007 to 2010 A8's sold with the later FSI 4.2, also not a lot of history here AFAIK. But I don't hear about it happening in the 4.2 fsi..why? I checked my 2011 A8 at 180k miles and the camshaft adaptations, all less than 2 degrees.
